Overview

We team up with property owners of current non-strata duplexes or flats. We renovate the internal units as well as the building exterior and outdoor area/s. We then strata title these in to individual units with their own separate titles which can be sold individually for much higher profits than having all those units on a single title.

This project was somewhat complex in that it involved a single house, a duplex pair and a sub-division and sale of a vacant portion of land.

Over an intensive 12-month process, we were able to complete a variety of works across those properties which resulted in a massive boost in both cashflow and equity for Maree. She still holds those properties today.
